So I love the whole idea of cake pops. Cake on a stick that you can decorate, then wrap up in cute cello bags--now thats my kind of thing.......but after trying to make them several times and failing each and every time I've devised an alternative to Bakerella's cake pops. Introducing Fake pops.....tada. Now keep in mind this is version 1.0, but I have plans that involve more decorative frosting and of course more colors, but for now you get the idea. So they may not taste as good as cake pops, but you can make these puppies in about 10 minutes flat (well, plus the amount of time it takes to cool the chocolate). So friends, if I make these for you instead of cake pops please know that I don't love you any less, I just ran out of time ;)
